TERMS OF SERVICE

IMPORTANT

‣ All commissions are for personal use. Ask me about commercial use.‣ I have the right to decline any commission requests for any reason.DO NOT
‣ trace, copy or replicate the commissioned work
‣ cover/remove my signature/logo/identifying mark on the commissioned work
‣ claim the commissioned work as yours
‣ feed any of my works to AI

PAYMENT

‣ for SKEB commissions, payment must be upfront once we agreed on a commission before I start anything.
‣ 50% of the full amount must be settled after a rough sketch is presented and approved. The rest must be paid during the line/coloring stage or before I finish everything else.

REVISION

‣ Generally, I will accept revisions during the sketch stage (i.e.. pose changes, expression changes). I will accept minor changes pass the sketch.
‣ For VECTOR Commissions: I will accept color changes even after the illustration is done.
‣ Limited to only 3(three) revisions. Any more will cost additional fees.

TURN-AROUND TIME

1 week + depending on the type and scope of the commission and communication.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I retain all rights to the commissioned work. Posting finished or unfinished works, work in progress and/or make time-lapse videos on any of my social media accounts unless bound by an NDA.

REFUNDS

‣ Please inform me as soon as possible if you wish not go through the commission with the agreement that I will be taking payment for whatever I finished. No questions asked.
‣ I do not accept refunds for skeb/small commissions unless I have not started working on the project or you are on a waitlist.
